mother's day

Slept in 'til 8:00. (With 3 kids who routinely wake up at 6:00, that was quite the treat!)
Breakfast in bed. (French toast, bacon, soy latte!)
Presents that the kids made.
Back to sleep until 10:30.
Picnic.
Nap.
Bacon & blue cheese stuffed steak w/mashed potatoes and spinach.
All 3 kids in bed by 7:00.
Amazing Race finale.

Pretty much the best Mother's Day ever!


Annie was so excited about her card and frame she made at school. She came home on Friday with dire warnings for me not to look under her bed.


Jonah was very insistent that he couldn't make my card until this morning because I might find it.


He was in charge of the jelly on the PB&J sandwiches and took his job very seriously.
